Projektbeschreibung

For our client in North Rhine-Westphalia, we are looking for a Consultant Supplier Governance (m/f/d).

Tasks:

  • Analysis of the current situation of key stakeholders (list provided by Uniper) regarding strategic suppliers in Energy Assets, considering project requirements. 
  • Assessment of which departments and roles currently interact with top strategic suppliers and on which topics, to develop a new structure for strategic meetings and identify relevant participants and information flows.
  • Creation of a proposal for a future governance meeting structure (focus on strategic and tactical) with top strategic suppliers.
  • Documentation of assessment results and preparation of a written proposal for the Energy Asset Supplier Strategy department.
  • Professional consultation of the Head of Energy Asset Supplier Strategy in setting up new structures, processes, and products for the department, including provision of best practices from other companies.
  • Development of a proposal for an information repository containing all relevant data on top strategic suppliers, including recommendations on data sharing and access.

Qualifications:

  • Strong expertise in governance structures, meeting management, and organizational consulting.
  • Experience in organizational development
  • Experience with RACI Matrix development
  • Several years of experience in supplier management, stakeholder analysis, and process design, ideally within the energy sector.
  • Proven ability to deliver best practices and implement new structures based on industry standards.
  • Excellent analytical and documentation skills, including experience in preparing management-level proposals and presentations.
  • Confident use of digital tools for collaboration, documentation, and information management.
  • Fluent in written and spoken English; German language skills are an advantage.
  • Strong communication and consulting skills at management level.
