Expert Physical AI (m/f/d)

For our client, we are looking for an Expert Physical AI Consultant (m/f/d).

Project tasks:

• Define and validate Physical AI use cases, including scope, success criteria and KPIs.
• Consult on Project Management Agents in the context of Physical AI.
• Consult on data access topics throughout the project.
• Coordinate IT/OT requirements, including data availability, sensor setup and integration constraints.
• Set up the data foundation in Snowflake for use case data, including ingestion approach, data model and curated datasets for analytics and training.
• Enable governed and secure data access in Snowflake for stakeholders, including roles, policies and access patterns.
• Data structuring and data preparation in Snowflake.
• Manage risks, issues and dependencies (RAID) and support execution planning, testing and cutover readiness.
• Lead PoC and pilot delivery, document outcomes and derive a scale-up roadmap.
• Contribute hands-on to solution shaping and pilot setup, including on-site process walkthroughs and pragmatic issue resolution.
• Consult on transformation aspects during the course of the project.

Skills and professional qualifications:

• Experience delivering Industrial AI or Physical AI initiatives.
• Ideally experience with Snowflake.
• Solid understanding of OT/IT integration.
• Practical data engineering and governance understanding, ideally with Snowflake (data ingestion, modeling, secure access).
• Hands-on mindset and ability to define a clear vision for scaling beyond the pilot.
• Business-fluent English.
