Change Manager (OCM) for Cloud Program (m/f/d)

For our client, we are looking for a Change Manager (OCM) for Cloud Program (m/f/d).

Project goal: The Cloud 2.0 Program is responsible for the enterprise-wide rollout, integration, and operation of the client's strategic cloud platform, which enables part-centric, data-driven lifecycle management across engineering, manufacturing, and service. The core focus is the global migration of core applications and core services from one cloud provider to another.

Project tasks:

• Conceptualize change management strategies and plans that support project goals and ensure the effective delivery of change initiatives.
• Conduct impact assessments on how change affects people, processes, and technology.
• Conceptualize and implement targeted change activities, including stakeholder engagement, communication, and training.
• Project-specific coordination with the project manager to integrate change management into the overall delivery plan.
• Track and document change adoption.

Knowledge and professional qualifications:

• Solid experience as a Change Manager with end-to-end responsibility for change, preferably in IT or digital transformation projects.
• Good understanding of change management frameworks, in particular Prosci and ADKAR.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
• Proven ability to bring people through change.
• Comfortable under pressure, with the ability to multitask on a tight timeline.
• Adherence to the client's standards and established processes.
• Excellent German and English language skills (mandatory).
