For our retail customer in Northrhine-Westfalia we are looking for a Knowledge Content Manager (m/f/d) - 80% remote possible.

Your tasks:

Task 1: Develope Content strategy:

- Development and implementation of a comprehensive knowledge content strategy aligned with business priorities

Task 2: Digitalize Business Content:

- Generating clear, concise, and compelling business-related content for various digital internal channels

- Creating diverse (article, videos, podcast, and editorials) contents with stakeholders to translate complex concepts into engaging content such as articles and videos

Task 3: Create engaging content - Podcast Creation:

- Planing, producing, and editing radio and video podcast episodes on relevant eCommerce business topics and release one episode per 4 weeks

- Conduct interviews with internal subject-matter-experts

- Deliver new way of podcast such as video podcast or AI podcast

Task 4: Engage stakeholders - Corporate Newsletters: 

- Creating engaging and new level of corporate newsletters and 4-weekly newsletters

- Curating content that highlights company achievements and employee spotlights

Task 5: Recommend based on performance: Performance Analysis: 

- Analyzing the performance of content using relevant metrics in Power BI Dashboard

- Generating a report with data-driven recommendations for optimizing content effectiveness

Your qualifications:

- Proven content creation experience 

- Experience in content editing including copywriting and creative writing 

- Experience with internal communications (Writing/video/editorial) 

- Experience in creating Internal Corporate newsletters 

- Hosting experience with Podcasts and editing the content is nice to have 

- Experience with visual tools such as Photoshop 

- Experience with Confluence 

- Experience with Content data analysis 

- Worked with Microsoft applications before

- Excellent English writing and verbal skill
