What Does Green Forest Fund Do?

Green Forest Fund is a non-profit organization dedicated to creating the primeval forests of tomorrow. These forests are neither harvested nor managed – the trees are left to grow undisturbed and develop into resilient ecosystems. By planting new trees and protecting existing forests, Green Forest Fund provides habitats for animals and plants, contributes to CO₂ absorption, and supports the goals of the Paris Climate Agreement.

Their work is vital in the fight against climate change. While most forests in Germany are used for timber production, Green Forest Fund focuses on protection over exploitation. The result? Healthy ecosystems that act as the green lungs of our planet.

Why Are Tree Donations Important?

Trees are our strongest allies in the fight against climate change. They store CO₂, promote biodiversity, and protect the soil. However, forests that are allowed to grow naturally and without human interference are rare in Germany. Your support through our tree donations helps to change this. Together, we contribute to:

  • Conservation and biodiversity: Protected areas provide habitats for wildlife and plants.
  • CO₂ reduction: Every tree absorbs carbon dioxide, helping to meet climate goals.
  • Future security: With your support, we create resilient forests that will last for generations.

Your Donation – Made Visible

As proof of our shared contribution, you can download the certificate of the tree donation at the bottom of this page. The certificate details how many square meters of forest have been supported by our projects.

Together, we not only create successful projects but also a more sustainable future. Let’s grow together – for our environment, for future generations, and for the primeval forests of tomorrow. Thank you for being part of this mission!
