Consultant AI Portfolio Management (m/f/d)

For our client, we are looking for a Consultant AI Portfolio Management (m/f/d).

Project tasks:

• Consult on the creation of an AI Portfolio Management for a respective business unit to drive AI transformation in projects
• Build an AI use case intake process and funnel, including templates for problem statement, value hypothesis, feasibility and risks
• Define a prioritization framework and scoring model
• Set up portfolio governance (stage gates, steering cadence, decision logs, KPI reporting)
• Create an AI portfolio roadmap and capacity planning across teams, vendors and budget lines
• Drive stakeholder alignment across different teams
• Standardize artifacts (business case, PoC plan, model cards, rollout checklists) and improve the “way of working”
• Consult on change management and communication for portfolio transparency and adoption

Skills and professional qualifications:

• Practical experience in AI (ideally AI portfolio management)
• Experience managing portfolios or PMO functions for digital, data or AI programs
• Strong understanding of the AI delivery lifecycle (PoC, pilot, rollout, MLOps, monitoring) and typical risks
• Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication
• Structured analytical skills for prioritization, value tracking and governance
• Business-fluent English

Remote share: 80% remote, 20% on-site 
Workload: 3 days per week
